10 Craft Ideas To Do With Superheroes Coloring Pages

Superheroes are loved by children of all ages and are great fun to color.

Here are some affordable craft ideas you can try to put those finished pages to good use.

1. Superman Guards the City

The youngster should create a city from black construction paper to start this fun craft.

This can include skyscrapers, houses, and anything else the youngster comes up with.

When windows and doors are cut in paper and glued to a white poster board, it looks just like a city skyline.

When Superman is colored and cut out, he can be added anywhere the youngster chooses for a unique and interesting poster!

2. Spiderman Spins a Web

This enjoyable craft begins with a piece of black poster board and some white yarn.

Start by “drawing” a web with the brush from a jar of rubber cement and stretching the pieces of yarn over the pattern. This is surprisingly simple as long as you don’t overdo the glue.

When Spiderman is colored and cut out, he can be added to the web’s center.

A villain can be drawn, cut from construction paper, and placed in the web to depict Spiderman getting his prey!

3. The Incredible Hulk Crashes Through

This fun classroom craft quickly turns into a game; all that’s needed to begin are empty cardboard boxes and gray construction paper.

The construction paper can be used to make the boxes look like cinder blocks, after which they can be stacked up like a wall.

Cutouts from the Incredible Hulk coloring pages can then be used to decorate Nerf balls or beanbags. Several coloring pages may be needed, but this adds to the fun.

The students can then enjoy tossing the Nerf balls to crash through the “wall,” like in that iconic scene from Hulk!

4. Make a Wonder Woman Angel

Begin this simple craft with an ordinary red or yellow party hat. Wonder Woman should then be colored, and the head and body should be cut out separately.

The body should be glued to the front of the party hat, and the head should be attached to the uppermost tip of the hat’s peak.

White wings should be cut from construction paper and glued behind the hat at the point where the head and body meet.

This adorable Wonder Woman angel can be used anywhere as a unique centerpiece.

5. Create Thor’s Winged Helmet

Creating Thor’s famous helmet is easier than you might think. Begin by cutting two ordinary paper plates into the shape of large pizza slices.

Next, cut a strip from thin or medium cardboard, ensuring it’s long enough to fit the child’s head.

When the ends of the cardboard strips are stapled together, add the “wings” by gluing the triangular cutouts to each side of the headband, with the pointy ends facing down.

Once Thor is colored and cut out, add him to the front of the headband for a terrific, wearable helmet.

6. Create an Iron Man Candle

To make this sensational Iron Man candle, laminate a Pringles container with red construction paper.

Then, cut a circle from the yellow poster board, which will be the candle’s base. When Iron Man is colored and cut out, glue him to the cylinder’s front surface.

A yellow pipe cleaner cut into several short pieces makes an ideal candle flame when pushed into a slit cut in the container’s lid.

Yellow puffy paint used on the sides of the container as melting wax is the perfect finishing touch.

7. Rocketeer Takes Off

Start this comical craft with an empty paper towel cardboard. The bottom should be squeezed together and sealed shut with staples.

When Rocketeer is finished, he should be cut out and attached to the cardboard with invisible glue. A craft stick should then be glued to the bottom of the roll in the back.

Next, laminate an empty baking soda can with another Rocketeer coloring page and cut a slit in its lid.

When you place the craft stick into the slit, it looks like Rocketeer is a firecracker about to explode!

8. Wolverine’s Claws Come Out

This innovative classroom craft begins with the children tracing their hands on a piece of poster paper.

Next, Wolverine’s three famous claws should be cut from poster board and glued to three of the fingers.

Then, using different coloring pages, the students should cut out several Wolverine characters and use these to decorate the claws.

These eye-catching, abstract collages can be displayed all around the classroom!

9. Hilarious Asterix Craft

That lovable superhero, Asterix, is perfect for this comical craft.

An empty bathroom tissue cardboard turned on its side should be laminated with Asterix’s face, using a coloring page featuring his woebegone expression.

Two funny wiggle eyes can be used to embellish this. Cut from a separate page, his wings should be glued to each cardboard end as if they’re coming from the roll.

This hilarious craft is ready to be displayed when pom-poms are added as comical feet.

10. Captain America Dartboard

To make this original Captain America dartboard, have the child cut a giant circle from white poster board and use red craft paint to create those famous circles.

When Captain America is colored and cut out, he should be placed in the “bull’s-eye” center of the dartboard shield.

When the artwork is sealed with several coats of acrylic spray, it can be glued to a piece of corkboard and used just like a traditional dartboard!
