Copy the FAQ Embed Code
When you're ready to add the FAQ widget to your Google Sites website, click the Add To Website button at the top bar of the Editor.On the window that opens, click the Copy Icon to copy the widget embed code. In the next steps, you will paste this code into your Google Sites website.

Paste the code to your Google Sites website’s HTML field.
Next, go to your Google Sites website editor and find the HTML field. It is most likely in the form of an HTML/Code widget or module which you can find on the Google Sites’s editor. Add it to your page, and paste the FAQ Embed Code you’ve copied before to the HTML field.Save and update, and that’s it, you should have Common Ninja’s FAQ widget on your Google Sites website.

Alternative Method 1: Through the HTML option in the text’s editing area.
If you can't find the HTML/Code widget or module, there's another way to put Common Ninja’s FAQ widget on your Google Sites widget. You can just add the code to a special HTML section in the text editor.

Alternative Method 2: Add it directly to your Google Sites website’s HTML code.
If you're having trouble finding a widget or a special part in your text editor where you can add the Embed Code, you can try a different way to add the FAQ widget to your Google Sites website. You can do this by putting it straight into your Google Sites website's HTML code.
The most common place is in the main navigation. Because the navigation label is just three letters, it doesn't take much space. Here are the places your visitors will look for their answer, in order. On the page where that question popped into their mind.
The FAQ format is straightforward — it should include your customers' most asked questions, written from the point of view of your customer. Some pro tips to keep in mind when writing your FAQ page: Look at your competitors' FAQ landing pages. Chances are, their customers are asking similar questions to yours.
That said, you want to find a nice middle ground. Fewer than five questions might indicate you haven't done your research… or that you didn't need an FAQ to begin with. Fielding dozens of questions isn't good either, but if they're all necessary, consider splitting your FAQ into multiple pages.
