How can I check the status of my CEAC visa? ›

To check the status of your visa, please visit the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) of the U.S. Department of State. Select the link for “Check my Visa Application Status” and follow the instructions.

You can also track your visa application status online. Use the Reference Number present on the invoice/receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre along with your last name to access this service.

How do I log into CEAC? Immigrant visa applicants use their National Visa Center (NVC) case number and invoice ID number to log into CEAC. NVC will send you both of those numbers when they receive your approved petition from USCIS.
