There are tons of villains (and heroes) to either love or hate inJoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. From eccentric, stand-wielding vampires to intelligent dogs, there are plenty of zany characters for fans to enjoy. However, not all characters were as well-received as others.

While some are disliked simply because they failed to be memorable, many others were hated because of their evil doings and terrible misdeeds. 10 Anne Added Nothing To The Show
Anne did not do anything wrong in particular. In fact, she was pretty courageous, but she did inconvenience the entire Joetstar team by stowing away and getting herself into dangerous situations they had to save her from. However, her appearance in the show was short-lived, and she left after only a few episodes.
What makes Anne so annoying is that she came into the show for no reason and added nothing to the plot save for a few inconvenient antics. She simply added nothing and caused problems. Luckily, she did not stay around for the entirety of the season.
9 Oingo& Boingo Were Frustrating To Watch
Oingo and Boingo tried their best, and it really seemed that the combination of their two Stands could have a serious effect on the Joestar team. Unfortunately, everything seemed to backfire on them (but only when they went up against the Joestar team).
In the end, they served more as comic relief than anything, and their antics were simply boiled down to one big, slapstick joke. Even when pairing up with Hol Horse, their abilities were rendered ineffective, though they did succeed in hurting themselves.
8 Enya The Hag Mothered A Fiend
Enya the Hag's Stand was pretty formidable, but in the end, it was no match for Jotaro Kujo's cunning and ability. Still, she pulled one over on Jean Pierre Polnareff and even forced him to lick a disgusting toilet.

7 Hol Horse Was Annoying& Worked With A Terrible Criminal
Hol Horse was another character that seemed more of a joke than an actual threat. His Stand, The Emperor, should have been more powerful than it was. However, things never worked out for him and he was simply frustrating to watch.
Furthermore, he just kept coming back to create more obnoxious obstacles that never really threatened team Joestar in any major way. To make matters worse, Hol Horse was a jerk to women and was way too confident for his actual capability. In the end, he was an arrogant coward.
6 Steely Dan WasAn Evil Coward
Steely Dan's Stand was a lot trickier than some of the other Stands, and for a moment, it had Jotaro on the ropes as he was forced to do Steely Dan's bidding. However, Steely Dan dug his own grave when he went too far and degraded Jotaro too much.
In the end, Jotaro demolished Steely Dan, and the cowardly villain groveled for nothing. When it was all said and done, Steely Dan was an evil coward who got too confident in his abilities, and he paid the price for it.
5 Rubber Soul WasAlso A Coward& Killed Innocents
Rubber Soul was yet another depraved villain who was way more confident than he should have been, but he did succeed in backing Jotaro into a corner. To survive, Jotaro ended up having to take some hits and he almost lost. Fortunately, his Stand, Star Platinum, packs a punch that most cannot handle.

Rubber Soul, unlike some of the other evil Stand users, also hurt innocents, and fans had to watch him do it. So, it was easy to hate Rubber Soul and his Stand, Yellow Temperance.
4 The Orangutan Was A Serious Creep
While Forever, the Orangutan, and its ghost-ship-like Stand, Strength, did not pose a serious physical threat to the Joestar team, the Orangutan was a serious pervert. It even spied on Anne, a child, in the shower. Thus, the creature was instantly disgusting and hateable.
When it was finally defeated, there was no sympathy for it. Not only did it not pose a threat, but its presence also added nothing to the series, makingForever just a disgusting and uncomfortable addition to the show that no one liked.
3 Vanilla Ice Killed Two Beloved Characters
Vanilla Ice was one of the most formidable foes ofStardust Crusaders and was matched by no other villain save for DIO, himself. He was calm, cool, and collected, so he was not hated for his arrogance or for being a frustrating joke character.
Vanilla Ice and his Stand, Cream, were so hated because they caused the deaths of two of the major characters in the show, both of whom fans had come to love. He almost succeeded in killing off a third, but that was stopped thanks to his vampiric nature and its reaction to the sun.
2 Alessi Was A Child-Killing Creep
Alessi was another creep in the show who simply made fans unsettled and uncomfortable. He had a depraved nature and his Stand could turn back the clock on people's age, rendering them back into their child forms or, as was the case for one innocent woman, into the form of a fetus.
He would then fight and try to kill his victims, who were rendered helpless by his Stand. Luckily, he was defeated in the end, as no one would be comfortable with this guy still prowling the streets.
1 J. Geil Committed Terrible Crimes
J. Giel and his Stand, the Hanged Man, were extremely hated by both fans and characters alike. Not only was he responsible for themurder of Polnareff's sister (on top of other crimes he committed against her), but he also resulted in a lot of issues for the Joestar team.
He and Hol Horse almost killed Muhammad Avdol, and he sent Polnareff into a spiral. He was a depraved killer who tortured Polnareff psychologically, and his Stand was able to haunt Polnareff through mirrors, making him terrifying and challenging as a foe.
