Today saw the second session of our #ESG initiative Women Mean Business which as always was inclusive and included our male colleagues too. We were very lucky to have Akua Nyame-Mensah deliver the #IAmRemarkable webinar to our global #Lebara team. Thank you Akua for delivering the session brilliantly (and also thank you to Poppy Weston-Davies for suggesting and organising it 😁) This event is all about encouraging self confidence and self promotion and got us all thinking that sometimes we need to own it and celebrate when we do something well and that we need to encourage and enable others to do the same. Really proud of the work of our ESG committee and our wider team who showed their support and participated in our 2023 ‘Giving Back’ initiatives. Looking forward to working on our 2024 corporate volunteering with our global team and giving back to more local community projects this year

Starting the week as I mean to go on by walking for 20 mins everyday. Thanks to Hayley Robinson and her invitation to walk to Canary Wharf at lunchtime I doubled that today and as an additional bonus we managed to win ourselves reusable water bottles on the way out too. Exercise and sustainability!

Meant to post this on Tuesday night as I think it tells you something about your job and the company you work for when after a long day in the office and late finish (which is not the norm) and a 2 hour journey home you are still super excited to see your company’s advert at your local station! What a great and true advertising campaign it is too 😉 #Lebara #smarter #Investorinpeople #careers
