  • Lean ground beef – Costco has the best deal on ground beef, I buy a large pack at least once a month. This recipe uses half of the Costco pack and makes 12 patties.
  • White onion, finely diced.
  • Eggs – we’re currently loving farm fresh eggs from the neighbour.
  • Bread crumbs – Panko works great here.
  • Homemade hamburger seasoning or store bought.
  • Worcestershire sauce – dare you to say that three times fast!

Instructions

1. Gather all of the ingredients.

2. In a large bowl combine lean beef and eggs.
