A period of very hot and humid weather is occurring.Time span: continuing through today.Maximum temperature today: 30 to 35 degrees Celsius (Humidex 39 to 45)Minimum temperature tonight: 17 to 20 degrees Celsius. Cooler in northern sections of the province.Locations: New Brunswick.Remarks: Nighttime lows are expected to remain very warm for the period, limiting overnight cooling.Drink plenty of water regularly, even before you feel thirsty to decrease your risk of dehydration. Thirst is not a good indicator of dehydration. Watch for early signs of heat illness - feeling unwell, fatigue, thirst, headache - all these can rapidly evolve into life-threatening emergencies. Move to a cooler environment immediately, such as a shaded or air-conditioned space.Heat stroke is a medical emergency! Call 911 or your local emergency number immediately if you or someone you are caring for has a high body temperature and is either confused, has stopped sweating or becomes unconscious. While waiting for help, cool the person right away: move them to a cool place, apply cold water to large areas of the skin and fan the person as much as possible.Reduce your heat risk. - Go to the desired page on the site, open the Weather shortcuts menu and click on the "Add to shortcuts" button
- Page name will display in the "Add this page" window, the name can be changed by highlighting the text and entering the desired name

- Click on the "X" button to close the panel
Delete a link
- Click on the "Organize shortcuts" button
- Select the link to delete
- Click on the "Delete" button to remove the link from the list

Move a link up/down the list
