How does Wisconsin Digital Library work? ›

Wisconsin's Digital Library (WDL) is a state-wide catalog of free e-books, audiobooks, magazines and videos that you can borrow with your library card!

County residents may borrow materials from any library in the county. Most library services are provided by municipal libraries, which are governed by local library boards and receive funding from municipal governments.
