1. OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in Taylored Services, LLC (“Taylored Services”) and our privacy practices. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Taylored Services and/or its subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy describes (i) how we handle the personal information you provide us (“Personal Information”) when you access or use the public-facing portion ofwww.tayloredservices.com(“Site”), and (ii) options you have with respect to your Personal Information.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITE OR SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO US VIA OUR SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY, YOU MUST CEASE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.

When you visit our Site, we may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information from or about you:

  4. Professional / Employment Information

4. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

One way we collect Personal Information is from the information you provide in the forms you fill out and submit on our Site. You will know when you provide this information because you will enter the information and are required to click a button or take another action indicating you are submitting the form data to us.

We may also collect Personal Information using web tracking and analytics tools, including “cookies” and similar technologies. The specific names and types of cookies and similar technologies we use to collect information which may include information about the device you use to access our Site, its operating system, IP address, browser type, the pages you view, links you click, and other actions you take on our Site may change from time to time. We use Personal Information for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our Site and the services we offer and sell and providing customer support.

Unless we tell you differently, Taylored Services agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

Protection of Taylored Services Team and Others:We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Taylored Services, our employees, our users, or others.

Change in Control:If we experience a change in control, we may amend our information practices as described in this Privacy Policy. We will post a notice on our Site’s home page or a link to notice with our amended Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our amended Privacy Policy, you must discontinue accessing and using the Site immediately and may contact us as described below.

“Change in control” means any of the following events:

  • We undergo a reorganization, merger, consolidation, acquisition, or other restructuring involving all or substantially all of our voting securities and/or assets, by operation of law or otherwise;
  • we become insolvent;

8. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

9. DO NOT TRACK

Do Not Track is a privacy preference a user may be able to set in their web browsers. When a user turns on a Do Not Track signal, their browser typically sends a message to websites requesting it not track the user. At this time, we do not recognize or respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals, and we will still receive information. As a result, we may still collect information about you and your internet activity, even if you have turned on the Do Not Track signal.

We encrypt Personal Information you send to us via the Site using secure socket layer technology (sometimes referred to as “SSL”). Therefore, although our systems are monitored for possible attacks and vulnerabilities, we cannot guarantee their absolute security. 11. COMMUNICATIONS FROM TAYLORED SERVICES

You consent to receive communications from us, including automated communications, related to our Site and services. Upon receiving your request, we may contact you to confirm our compliance or clarify the scope of your request.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Site and the services we offer and sell are intended for businesses and individuals engaged in commercial shipping. Therefore, it is unlikely that children under the age of 17 will use the Site or purchase the services we offer. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use Personal Information from children we know under the age of 17. In addition, we will delete any information in our database we become aware has originated from a child under the age of 17.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you, your parent, or your legal guardian may request we deactivate any of your Personal Information in our database and/or opt-out from receiving communications from us. If you wish to do so, please contact us as described below.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

You will be able to access third-party websites directly from the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access third-party websites. We cannot control how third parties may use the Personal Information you disclose to them, so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit before using it or disclosing your personal information to its provider.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. When we do so, we will post the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You agree to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Site following the posting of such changes constitutes your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the changes. If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue your use of the Site.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on your behalf. In order to fulfill your request to know or delete submitted by an authorized agent, you must provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and we may require you to verify your own identity with us directly.

User-enabled privacy controls, such as a browser plugin or privacy setting or other mechanism that communicate or signal your choice to opt-out of the sale of personal information, are considered a request directly from you, not through an authorized agent.

We reserve our right not to fulfill a request if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or someone authorized to act on such person’s behalf. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information or exercise any other rights described herein. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to comply with your request if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. You may only make data access or data portability requests twice within a 12-month period.
