@ATT is trying to charge me for an additional month of service after I cancelled my service one day into my billing cycle. They always have "new policies" when you're trying to cancel.

@ATT truly has the worst customer service experience. On the phone for ever. They say all the right things “we’ll call you back”, but that never happens. “Calls recorded” but never takes notes on conversations, so have to re-explain. Truly disappointed.

@JohnLegere @ATT @verizon Went to an att to get my wife's final bill, which they wouldn't give me..when we walked in all the employees went to the back. Talk about customer service, went to my faithful @TMobile store and was treated like family. Now all of my family is magenta.

Jody at @ATT, you can send someone to my house in 24 hours to change my Router out. But had to go find a supervisor, and now it takes 30 days to cancel a contract ... a contract we never had.

@ATT Online customer support said, because the number is already activated, they can’t put me on a promotional plan, instead asked me to go out of att network sometime and come back, he said even if he put a note, @ATT management helping chances are nill
