• How do I plan a virtual paint night?

  Follow the following steps in order to schdule a virtual painting class:

  1. Pick a date and time and contact us to schedule your event

  2. Confirm your date, send us the details for your participants

  3. Pick a painting from our gallery

  4. Make sure you save the date including the calendar Zoom link

  5. Recieve your painting kit in the mail. *Note: We can ship our paint kits individually to your guests or colleagues across the country to their own homes, or we can ship the supplies to one location. We work around your convenience.

  6. Pick out your favorite beverages and snacks for the group

  7. Get on Zoom & party!

  We ship painting supplies via USPS.

• How long does a virtual paint night last?

  Canvas n Cup events usually last around 90 minutes, but we can also accommodate a one-hour painting class if needed.

  To ensure smooth operations and respect everyone's time, we kindly request all participants to join the Zoom session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time for live events.

• What kind of paint supplies do you use for virtual paint parties?

  We use water-based paints, acrylic paints for all our parties including the kits we send out for virtual paint party supplies.This paint is non-toxic and can clean up easily with soap and water.

• What is a hybrid paint and sip party?

  Hybrid paint parties offer the perfect blend of experiences. Imagine hosting a paint and sip gathering at your venue, with attendees enjoying the session in person, while simultaneously streaming the class via Zoom for those unable to attend physically.

  This way, everyone can participate, regardless of their location or circ*mstances.

  
  

• How many participants can you accomodate for an online paint party?

  There is no maximum limit for online or virtual or hybrid participants. We have successfully hosted corporate and team-building virtual painting events with over 400 attendees.

  However, we do require a minimum of 12 participants to conduct these events.

• What does the virtual painting sessions include?

  Our virtual paint night sessions come with a complete set of art supplies, including a canvas, 12 paint tubes, 3 brushes, a mixing plate, and a disposable apron.

  You won't need to purchase any supplies or arrange for an instructor; we'll deliver everything right to your doorstep. Plus, you'll receive live, step-by-step instructions during the session.

• Is there a recording for your our paint and sip online events?

  We will record parties only if we are asked in advance, due to confidentiality concerns. We will share the recording with the event coordinator of the party, if needed.
